Free shipping, every order

Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend, no codes needed.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a tracking email once it ships.

Delivery time

Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days depending on your location. During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery may take slightly longer.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page at any time.

Order changes

Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering via the Contact page — once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify it.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, get in touch — we'll investigate with the carrier and, where a package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
