HOW TO USE

1. Turning On/Off: To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The device will start in Red Light Only (Setting 1). To turn off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.

2. Switch LED mode: To switch mode, just press the lightmode key once, the device will cycle red, blue, green, blue, yellow, purple,white seven color cycles.

3. Massage Mode On/Off: To turn the vibration function on or off, press the vibration button once.

4. using Time: It is recommended to use the device daily, with each using session lasting a maximum of 10 minutes.
